1.1 Delivery areas
Mail order products are delivered to Austria and Europe.
Digital or downloadable products are delivered worldwide.

1.2 Delivery times
The delivery time for mail order goods within Austria is 7 working days from receipt of payment.

The delivery time for mail-order products within Europe is 18 working days from receipt of payment.

Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.
Digital or downloadable products will be delivered immediately after receipt of payment.

2. shipping costs
Shipping costs within Europe for orders under 70 Euro: 10 Euro (incl. VAT) 
Free shipping for orders over 70 Euro or for digital products.

3. payment
KTCHNG GmbH works together with the international payment platform stripe.com.

We only accept credit card payments (VISA, MC, AX).
The payments are processed by Stripe as payment provider.
